​The monitoring station is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Each operator goes through extensive classroom training BEFORE putting on a headset learning about false alarm analysis, dispatch protocols, alarm equipment training and much more. The center also has a TRIPLE telecom backbone for fast,  reliable response and is fully U.L certified.
