We retain our clients the old-fashioned way; through quality service and products. Our agreement with our clients is usually 24-months or less.

UL Monitoring
The monitoring station is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Each operator goes through extensive classroom training BEFORE putting on a headset learning about false alarm analysis, dispatch protocols, alarm equipment training and much more. The center also has a TRIPPLE telecom backbone for fast,  reliable response and is fully U.L certified.

You Own Your System
We don’t lease systems. Everything that we install in your home is yours.

Switching is Easy
If you already have a system and would like to change to Metro Link for your monitoring service, the process is a simple and inexpensive. There is a $40 reprogramming and diagnostic fee and then the monthly monitoring fees.

Many insurance companies offer a discount for their clients that have monitored burglar and fire systems. Ask your insurance agent for details.
